Travis is a founding partner of Point Place Holdings and is primarily focused on general operations of the company and performing due diligence and ongoing oversight of investment assets. Travis has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience working with developers with an emphasis on multi-family and retail holdings. Prior to co-founding Point Place Holdings, Travis most recently served as the Director of Leasing and Property Management with RealtyLink in Greenville, SC, overseeing 3 million square feet of retail properties, automating manual administration functions, and negotiating hundreds of leases for new development projects.

Nathan is a founding partner of Point Place Holdings and is primarily focused on the strategic planning and capital needs of the company while pursuing acquisition opportunities. Nathan has over 5 years of commercial real estate experience in addition more than 6 years of accounting experience. Nathan most recently served as the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management with RealtyLink in Greenville, SC. In this role, Nathan launched two departments, secured over $500 million in debt and equity, sourced and managed the acquisition of over $150 million in cash-flowing properties, underwrote over 3 million square feet of actual development projects, and engineered and launched RealtyLink’s first fund with Assets Under Management (AUM) over $60 million. Nathan holds an active CPA license and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson.
